There's a lot happening in the world, and our complex human minds are absorbing things they were never meant to. It's easy to pick up on messy energy from those around us, whether they're close friends, online acquaintances, or colleagues. In the wake of recent events, finding inner peace is more important than ever. I personally like to use sound to resolve any internal conflict, whether it's self-inflicted or from an outside source. So many things affect our mental health and peace of mind.

Here are some of my go-to guided YouTube videos that I listen to on my earbuds to relax, remove negative energy, or ward off outside influences.

This is an excellent tool to boost your focus meditations, cleansings, or removals.

This track is excellent for "touching grass." I play this on my earbuds when I need to step outside to breathe or during an emotional yoga session. The energy in this 1:21:00 soundscape will leave you feeling like a new person. 



Drum Therapy: Unlock Your Manifestation 

I absolutely love drums, especially during meditation and rituals. This video puts me into an unexplainable trance, helping me to fully absorb my intentions.

Another amazing composition from Navanaiz Shamanic, this soundscape takes you deep inside yourself. It's excellent for meditation, working out, yoga, nature walks, or even while performing daily tasks.

If you are looking for a ritual accelerator or a deeper connection, I suggest this rhythmic incantation video by Satania. Created to help you find a deeper connection to the spirit world, this audio is focused on Djinn, the supernatural beings of Islamic and Arabic beliefs.
